SUP Yoga on the Scioto

Whether you’re a hard-core yogi or just discovering downward dog, we’ve got a way to take your practice to a whole new level: the water. Join us weekly for SUP Yoga on the Scioto River to stretch your mind and body while winding your way through Downtown. Killer skyline views included.
Classes are free, but there’s a $15 no-show fee.

Tuesdays, 5:30 & 6:45
Registration is required and opens weekly on Wednesdays at 10 am for classes on the following Tuesday. Space is limited and we expect classes to fill up fast so mark your calendar to make sure you don’t miss out! Each class is 1 hour and accessible for any skill level, from brand new beginner to experienced SUPer.
There’ll be a team member on shore to watch any items you don’t want getting wet but keep it simple. If it’s not essential, leave it at home.
