Posted on June 3, 2016
As the festival season kicks off, make sure the 2016 Columbus Arts Festival is on the top of your list. In its 55th year, the Columbus Arts Festival will bring together art and art enthusiasts from all over the country June 10, 11 and 12, 2016. Fine art, music, dance, food, and photos will line the streets along Columbus’ downtown riverfront, transforming the area into a stunning outdoor art gallery.
With works from more than 300 nationally acclaimed artists on display, seven performance stages, live performance art through the streets and much more, you are sure to enjoy a weekend filled with art and culture.
New this year, the festival introduces CHROMA!, an after-hours dance party located at the festival’s “Club Sharkey’s”. Guests are invited to wear white and light colored clothing to be transformed into human works of art—using paints, spin art machines, colored hair spray and face paint!
Throughout the weekend, guests are encouraged to share their experience via social media using #CbusArtsFest.
